Spam solution with WP Foro plugin

This article will provide the solution to a spam issue when the wpForo plugin is activated while using Ultimate Member. If you're experiencing having unusual fake users or bot registrations, you need to disable the wpForo Registration.

Do the following steps below to disable the wpForo Registration:

•  Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Feature Tab 

  

• Disable the following options:

  • Enable User Registration - Disabling this option won’t let users register through the wpForo Register form
    
  • Replace Registration Page URL to Forum Registration Page URL
    
  • Replace Login Page URL to Forum Login Page URL
    
  • Replace Reset Password Page URL to Forum Reset Password Page URL
    
•  Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Members Tab 
  • Check the Custom Authorization URLs field, and set the Login/Reg/Reset Password urls to Ultimate Member ones.
