Profile tab with a form inside
This article describes a way to create a custom profile tab with a form using the Ultimate Member - Profile tabs extension. Read the Profile Tabs Setup article to get know more about this extension.
The way to add additional tab with a form:
- Go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Forms and click the Add New button to create a form.
- Select the Profile Form type, add fields to the Form Builder, type the form title, and click the Create button.
- Go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Profile Tabs and click the Add New button to create a tab.
- Select the newly created profile form in the Custom Profile Form dropdown, select the parent (main) profile form, select the tab icon, type the tab title, and click the Publish button.
