Hiding/Showing admin bar for specific user roles

If you need to hide the admin bar to a user role, please go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > User roles > Edit and turn on the Force hiding admin bar in frontend? setting.

If you need to show the admin bar to a user role, please go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > User roles > Edit, turn off the Force hiding admin bar in frontend? setting, and grant the role the edit_posts capability.
