Display & Edit Email Address in Profile Form

You can only change a user email via UM Account form. It requires customization if you want to change the email via UM Profile Form. 

Add the  E-mail Address field in the form builder, go to wp-admin>Ultimate Member>Forms>Edit Profile Form.
