Equal the profile card height in Member Directory
The image below is what the profile card looks like in Member Directory. Each profile card height adjusts depending on the user's information and what data are enabled to display in the profile card.
To have an equal or default height of the profile cards, you need to use a custom code. You can try the CSS sample code below:
