Disable the "Remove" & "Change Cover Photo" Options

Users can edit or change their cover photos when editing their profile; if you have the Unsplash extension activated, users can select cover photos from Unsplash. 

For some reason that you might need to disable the " Change cover photo" & "Remove" from the options, you need to use a custom code. You can try and use this code:
