How to add comment's count in the Comments tab

To add the comment count in the Comments tab, ensure that it is enabled in  Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile Menu.

Then add the code below to your theme/child theme's functions.php file or use the Code Snippet plugin to run the code:
