Ultimate Member Extensions – Email Notifications
When Ultimate Member extensions are activated, additional email notifications are automatically added to the email notification list. These notifications help users stay informed about actions related to their accounts.
Customizing Email Notifications
To view and customize these notifications, go to WP-Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Emails tab and click on the Manage button.
You can enable or disable the notification, edit the subject line, email content, and placeholders to personalize messages for users
Ultimate Member Extensions – Email Notifications
Ultimate Member provides various email notifications through its extensions to keep users and admins informed about important activities. Below is a breakdown of notifications by extension:

| Join Request Email | Sent to moderators when a user requests to join a group. | |
| Invite Member Email | Sent when a user is invited to a group. | |
| New Post Notification | Sent when someone posts in a group. | |
| New Comment Notification | Sent when someone comments on a group post. | |
| Mailchimp | Newsletters Unsubscribe Notification | Includes unsubscribe links. |
| Messages | New Message Notification | Sent when a user receives a private message. |
| New Message Reminder | Sent when a user has unread private messages. | |
| Profile Completeness | Profile Completeness Reminder Email | Sent if a user has not completed their profile. |
| User Reviews | New Review Notification | Sent when a user receives a new review. |
| New Review is Pending Notification | Sent to admins when a review is marked "Pending." | |
| New Reply Notification | Sent when a user replies to a review. | |
| Review is Reported Notification | Sent to admins when a review is flagged. | |
| Terms & Conditions | Agreement Request Notification | Requests confirmation of terms & conditions. |
| User Photos | New Album Created Notification | Sent to admins when a user creates an album. |
| Album Deleted Notification | Sent to admins when a user deletes an album. | |
| Album Updated Notification | Sent to admins when a user updates an album. | |
| Verified Users | Account is Verified Notification | Sent when a user’s account is verified. |
| Verification Request Notification | Sent to admins when a user requests verification. |
